Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor / Charge Hand to join our construction team in Newcastle. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all electrical work on site, including the supervision of a team, installation and repair of electrical systems, and maintaining a high level of health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high standards of electrical work
  • Install commercial distribution boards and trays
  • Supervise a team of electricians
  • Ensure all electrical work is carried out safely and in accordance with industry standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an electrician on a construction site
  • CSCS card
  • AP 2391 qualification
  • SSSTS certification
  • Organizational skills with the ability to create schedules and plans that fit with the wider construction programme
