About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Porsche Centre Hull Technician to join our team. As a key member of our workshop, you will be responsible for the servicing, repair, and diagnostics of all vehicles, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standard first time.
Key Responsibilities
- Electrical and mechanical repairs, including suspension, steering, brakes, wheel bearings, driveshafts, exhausts, and air conditioning servicing.
- Additional responsibilities may include repairs and maintenance on EV and Hybrid vehicles, such as the use of electronic diagnostic equipment, focusing on areas such as batteries, drive motor, auxiliary drive pack & control systems.
- Fitting manufacturer accessories and audio equipment.
- Full understanding of Customer Satisfaction and its impact on the business.
- Training and ability to operate additional systems, such as video reporting i.e CitNOW.
- Completing all service paperwork to manufacturer and brand standards.
- Working closely with other members of the workshop team to constantly learn and share knowledge.
About You
We are looking for an experienced Automotive Technician with a strong background in vehicle maintenance and repair. You will have a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair. An Electric and Hybrid vehicle qualification or certification would be advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
