As an 'Outstanding' CQC-rated care provider, we deliver bespoke care and support to young people, enabling them to stabilise at home and achieve personal goals, learn new hobbies, and participate in their local community.
We are looking for children's nurses who share our passion and values to provide support to our clients within their own homes, avoiding hospital admissions, and ensuring they receive the best quality of care. Our ideal candidate will have the skills and expertise to provide care to clients with complex needs, including Tracheostomy Care and Suctioning, Tracheostomy Tube Change, ventilation via Tracheostomy, and Ventilation via a mask.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality care and support to young people with complex needs
- Working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver bespoke care plans
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and their families
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
