High-End Conservation Projects in Central London

Hunter Dunning is seeking an experienced Part II Architectural Assistant to join their team in Central London. With a focus on high-end conservation and heritage projects, this role offers a unique opportunity to work on bespoke, traditional architecture projects throughout London and the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on high-end conservation and heritage projects, including historical buildings, London estates, and grade-listed buildings
  • Collaborate with clients, including site visits and surveys
  • Conduct project research and report to Project Architects on project progress
  • Produce detailed hand drawings and high-quality design and technical drawings

Requirements:

  • Part II qualified with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience
  • Relevant UK project experience in traditional architecture
  • Strong flair for design and technical knowledge and skills
  • Experience in the preservation and refurbishment of historic buildings

What We Offer:

  • Salary of £33,000 - £38,000 DOE
  • 21 days of holiday, plus bank holidays and discretionary leave over Christmas
  • Flexible working with 3 days per week required in the office
  • Life insurance
