The successful applicant will bring a minimum of 7 years of experience in finance, including at least 3 years in a senior capacity.


About the Position:
As the Senior Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role within our central finance division.

Your responsibilities will include assisting the Chief Financial and Operations Officer in delivering strategic and operational financial services across various locations.

With a solid background in financial oversight, you will contribute to maintaining and improving the financial stability of the organization, ensuring adherence to high standards and regulatory requirements.


Core Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:
Collaborate with the CFO to implement strategic financial initiatives and act as a deputy when necessary. Lead the development of multi-year budgets while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Financial Oversight:
Manage the monthly financial reporting process, guaranteeing timely and precise forecasts. Uphold internal controls and assist in enhancing finance software systems.

Compliance and Audit:
Direct the year-end audit and internal audit processes, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial documentation. Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and external regulatory standards.

Operational Leadership:
Provide financial guidance throughout the organization, equipping managers with reliable financial data for informed decision-making. Optimize value for money and ensure robust financial controls and procedures are established.

Team Development:
Lead and nurture the finance team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
