About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Potens, a national provider of health, social and education services. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with mental health diagnosis, learning disabilities, and autism in our 8-bedroom residential service located in Mochdre - Llandudno Junction.
Key Responsibilities
- Support residents with their activities and interests, both within the service and in the community.
- Assist with daily living tasks, promoting independence and dignity.
- Build positive relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
