- A £500 gross sign-on bonus after 10 weeks for candidates with prior food processing experience

- Ongoing agency contracts with the potential for permanent roles, or immediate permanent contracts for those with substantial food processing experience

- 30 days of annual leave after 12 weeks if employed through the agency

Available Shifts:
- 06:00 – 18:30 on a 2-2-3 rotation
- Monday to Friday from 18:00 - 22:00 (20 hours per week)
Role Responsibilities:
As a Food Production Specialist, your primary duty will be to assist in the preparation of Smoked, Infused, and Fresh Salmon according to customer specifications.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The successful candidates will possess:
- Experience in a food processing environment is preferred, though candidates with manual labor experience from other sectors will be considered, as training will be provided
- A reliable and punctual nature with a strong work ethic
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- A degree of physical capability due to the manual nature of the tasks
- Flexibility in working hours, as shifts may vary based on business requirements
