About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Nurse to join our team at We Change Lives, providing high-quality care to adults with acquired brain injuries.

As a Night Nurse, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of care, collaborating with our multi-disciplinary team, and ensuring safe medication management.

Our approach is person-centered, and we prioritize the personal growth and well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of care in accordance with government and CQC regulations
  • Collaborate effectively with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure safe and effective care
  • Manage medications safely and effectively
  • Provide complex care, including seizure handling and specialized care such as stoma, tracheostomy, and catheter care
  • Contribute to person-centered planning and celebrate the milestones of our residents
