Job Summary:

Shaw Healthcare is seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Trenewydd. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing physical and emotional support to our service users, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist service users with daily living tasks, such as washing, dressing, and personal care.
  • Support service users in maintaining their independence, encouraging them to participate in activities and make their own decisions.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered to our service users.
  • Use the latest care technology to enhance the care experience and improve outcomes for service users.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience or qualifications are necessary, as full training will be provided.
  • A friendly, compassionate, and caring approach is essential for this role.
  • Ability to work variable shift times, including mornings, evenings, and nights.
