We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic manager to join our team as a Disability Services Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in supporting, developing, and managing staff delivering high-quality mental health advocacy services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure our services reflect best practice and meet the needs of our clients.
- Work closely with other agencies to deliver services in partnership and identify opportunities for service development.
- Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality mental health advocacy services.
- Ensure that our services are client-focused and meet the needs of our community.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of and commitment to advocacy services.
- Experience of managing and delivering mental health services.
