Sapio Sciences is a leading provider of laboratory management solutions that include Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELN) and Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). Our innovative solutions help scientific and research organizations streamline their processes and enhance their productivity.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Implementation Consultant to join our North America (NAM) team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ELN and LIMS systems, with a proven track record in full end-to-end solution design and implementation. This role requires a customer-focused individual who can interact confidently with senior scientific stakeholders and work collaboratively with our Customer Success and technical delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full end-to-end design and implementation of ELN and LIMS solutions for our clients.
  • Engage with senior scientific stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Success and technical delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Conduct remote and on-site client training sessions and workshops.
  • Provide ongoing support and consultancy to clients post-implementation.
  • Travel to client sites (up to 30% of the time) and to our office for onboarding during the first three months of employment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Life Sciences).
  • Demonstrated ability in full end-to-end solution design and implementation.
  • Ability to interact confidently with senior scientific stakeholders.
  • Exposure to Python is a plus, although hands-on software development is not required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to travel as required (up to 30% of the time).
  • Proficient in using various software tools and applications related to laboratory management.
