About the Role- Optimise the performance of our engineers by planning maintenance visits, route organisation, assigning and delegating workloads and providing training to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality service to our clients.
- Ensure that defined processes and rules are followed to achieve stable performance in the delivery of service tasks, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Carry out regular audits on 70% of maintenance units to ensure compliance with company standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Build strong relationships with our clients to deliver exceptional service and drive business growth through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Lead and manage a team of engineers to deliver high-quality service to our clients, ensuring that they are motivated and equipped to meet the needs of our customers.
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity, resulting in increased productivity and reduced costs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of service tasks, including sales, marketing and customer service.
- Contribute to the development of our company's safety policies and procedures, ensuring that they are aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Degree or equivalent in engineering or possess electro-mechanical experience and/or general management, with a strong understanding of mobility systems and service delivery.
- Proven track record of leading, managing and motivating team members within an existing installation field operations escalator environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proven experience in selling repairs and contracts, with a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Good understanding of SAP and common business tools such as MS Office, with the ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
