Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365BC Consultant to join our team at Conspicuous. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a crucial role in leading and delivering high-impact projects, driving the implementation and optimization of LS Retail and Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Lead the design, development, and implementation of LS Retail and Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions that meet their business needs, providing expert guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring effective project management and delivery.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and support junior consultants, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, continuously improving service offerings and staying ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Extensive experience as an LS Retail/D365BC Consultant, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of LS Retail and Dynamics 365 Business Central architecture and functionalities.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
