- Manage resource gaps and conduct yearly appraisals, supporting career development and approving holiday and sickness requests.
- Handle client requests, new inquiries, RFIs, quotations, and complaints, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met and resolving issues promptly.
- Achieve revenue budget and maintain a 25% margin, growing the maintenance contract base by 10% annually.
- Ensure timely and accurate renewal of maintenance contracts, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety protocols, promoting a safe working environment and documented risk assessments.
- Report accidents and ensure engineers have the necessary equipment and tools to perform their duties effectively.
- Maintain good housekeeping in the office, workshop, and warehouse, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
- Oversee depot engineer fleet vehicles and report any incidents, conducting regular checks and meetings to ensure standards are met.
- Run toolbox talk meetings with service engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Arrange and authorize training courses for engineers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Perform all other tasks within the scope of the role, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to excellence.
- Proven experience in the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning industry, with technical knowledge of air conditioning and chiller systems.
- Leadership and management experience, with strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Commercial awareness and contract tendering experience, with IT proficiency and a customer-focused approach.
- Results-driven, with strong team player and problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to change and build relationships with clients and colleagues.
