Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our team at Investigo Change Solutions. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and maintenance for our desktop infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) for efficient device management.
  • Implement automated deployment processes to streamline software deployment and asset management.
  • Provide expert-level support for Microsoft Windows 10 & 11 Enterprise x64, including troubleshooting and resolution of complex issues.
  • Assist users with Microsoft 365 tools and their integration, as well as One-Drive usage in a corporate environment.
  • Offer remote administration and support services, including troubleshooting and assistance.
  • Configure and maintain networked printers, ensuring seamless printing experiences for users.
  • Deploy software and manage assets, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage NTFS folder and file permissions, ensuring secure access control settings.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest desktop hardware technologies and best practices.
Desirable Skills
  • Migrate applications to M365 and manage Microsoft Endpoint/Azure modern desktop management administration.
  • Develop scripting knowledge in VB, PowerShell, and SQL queries.
  • Support multi-site AV setups or have a willingness to learn.
  • Gain experience with Azure, Ivanti Service Manager, CrowdStrike, Cisco VPN, and Desktop Virtualisation.
  • Obtain Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate certification.
  • Apply ITIL V3/V4 support framework and change management principles.
