About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Retirement Sales Consultant to join our team at Gilbert Meher. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective buyers through the process of selecting their dream luxury apartment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and close deals for new apartments, utilizing your exceptional sales and negotiation skills to exceed targets.
- Proactively convert enquiries into sales opportunities, building strong relationships with prospective buyers and delivering an exceptional buying experience.
- Cultivate strong relationships with prospective buyers, understanding their needs and delivering a tailored sales approach.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our luxury apartments.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' successful track record in premium residential sales, with a proven ability to generate opportunities and exceed targets.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and deliver a tailored sales approach.
- Strong negotiation and commercial acumen, with the ability to analyze complex sales data and make informed decisions.
- Customer-centric mindset, with excellent empathy, listening skills, and needs analysis.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and deliver compelling presentations.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, with the ability to analyze sales data and track progress.
