Job Title: Vice Principal for Girls' Provision

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as Vice Principal for Girls' Provision. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our students and contributing to the growth and development of our school.

About the Role
  • Lead the development and implementation of curriculum and pedagogy for girls' provision
  • Line manage subject coordinators and provide coaching and mentoring to improve teaching and learning
  • Work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and implement school policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the development of the school's strategic plan and budget
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to enhance the academic, well-being, and personal growth of all students
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
  • Successful teaching experience at various levels in Key Stage 3 and 4
  • Solid understanding of the Ofsted framework and Independent Schools Standards
  • Experience of successful line management, performance management, and staff development
  • Experience of positive behaviour management in challenging settings
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Keeping Children Safe in Education, Safeguarding, and GDPR compliance
  • Data analysis skills and the ability to use data to set targets and identify areas for improvement
