Job Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Photographer and Floorplanner. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality images of properties, creating accurate floorplans, and providing excellent customer service. They will collaborate with our team to produce innovative marketing materials that help clients maximize their profits in the property market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective photography strategies to capture high-quality property images
  • Create accurate and detailed floorplans to meet client requirements
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the team to produce innovative marketing materials, including property brochures, websites, and social media content
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in property marketing and photography

Requirements

  • Excellent photography skills and experience in capturing high-quality property images
  • Proficiency in creating accurate floorplans and using relevant software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and work collaboratively with a team
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience in the property marketing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Photography or a related field is preferred
