Job Title: Environmental Health and Safety Manager

As a key member of our team at Sherwin-Williams, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our manufacturing site in Liverpool. Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and improve Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems, ensuring all policies are up-to-date, relevant, and compliant with local regulations.
  • Manage EHS records, data, and timely reporting, including root cause analysis investigations and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Control the site Hazard, Near Miss, and Reportable database, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Liaise with Regional and Corporate EHS colleagues, implementing SW Corporate standards and best practices.
  • Develop and implement programs, policies, and procedures to minimize exposure to hazardous substances and other risks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies, Health and Safety, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing comprehensive health, safety, and environmental programs in a manufacturing environment.
  • Specialized knowledge in health, environmental, and safety programs, with a focus on risk management and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
