Position Overview
  • The role encompasses both workshop and field-based responsibilities, primarily involving overhead and jib cranes.

  • Travel may be required to various locations, with all travel expenses reimbursed, including door-to-door pay.
  • Compliance with health and safety regulations in both workshop and site environments is essential.
  • Collaboration with a specialized team in the crane industry is expected.
  • The starting pay is £14 per hour, with opportunities for increases based on demonstrated skills and experience.
  • Door-to-door pay ensures compensation from the moment you leave your home.
Position Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar engineering role is essential.
  • Relevant qualifications in engineering are a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong customer service skills are necessary.
  • A valid manual driving license is required.
  • Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance.
  • Solid electrical and mechanical expertise in the crane sector is crucial.
Remuneration
  • Starting salary of £14 per hour, with potential for pay increases based on skill level and experience.
  • Standard working hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
  • Door-to-door pay policy in effect.
  • Overtime is available, with rates of time and a half on Saturdays and double time on Sundays.
  • Pension scheme included.
  • Company vehicle provided.
  • 28 days of holiday plus bank holidays.
