Job Summary:

360 Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Secretary to join our client's Private Property team in a full-time, 35-hour role. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to a Senior Associate and a wider team of fee earners, ensuring the smooth operation of the team's administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to a Senior Associate and a wider team of fee earners, including diary management, document production, and file maintenance.
  • Assist with the preparation of legal documents, including letters and precedent documents, in line with the fee earners' requirements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with the team to support the administrative functions in progressing a project from start to finish, including regular reporting and billing.
  • Deliver exceptional client service, working closely with the team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar administrative role, with a strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
