Job Title: Endur cMotion Specialist

Location: Hybrid role with a global consulting firm

Overview:

This role offers the opportunity to join MBN Solutions, a global consulting firm that provides services in trade lifecycle management. The firm works with clients across various industries, including energy, commodities, shipping, treasury, central banking, capital markets, and asset management. As the organization grows its presence in the market, it seeks an Endur cMotion Specialist to join the team and contribute to key projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Analysis: Provide expertise in analyzing both business needs and systems for high-profile clients, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Problem Solving: Utilize strong analytical skills to develop and implement solutions that exceed client expectations, driving business growth and efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Front Office and Operations teams to gather requirements, develop use cases, and deliver high-quality solutions, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Documentation & Implementation: Translate business needs into functional specifications, design documents, and effort estimates, guiding projects through user acceptance and final implementation, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Expertise in Endur: Act as the subject matter expert on Endur, specifically in its cMotion and logistics modules, ensuring accurate design and integration of solutions, driving business value and growth.
  • Process Improvement: Define and implement processes and data solutions to streamline system services, enhancing operational efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to business consultants and senior consultants, helping develop their skills and knowledge, driving team growth and development.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Endur Expertise: Minimum 6 years of experience with Openlink Endur, with a strong understanding of bulk commodities, particularly LNG.
  • Logistics Knowledge: Proven experience working with Endur's bulk commodity logistics modules (such as cMotion and Movement Manager).
  • Trade Lifecycle Understanding: In-depth knowledge of the full trade lifecycle and related business processes.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with technical aspects of OpenLink, such as OpenJVS, OpenComponents, SQL, and Report Builder, is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated ability to analyze issues and develop effective solutions, driving business results and growth.
  • Experience in Mission-Critical Systems: Previous experience working with mission-critical applications, ensuring high availability and reliability.
  • Leadership: Experience mentoring and supervising business consultants, with strong communication and leadership skills, driving team success and growth.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and manage workloads under pressure, ensuring flexibility and adaptability.
  • Independence: Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision, driving results and growth.
  • Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail with excellent prioritization and time management skills, ensuring high-quality delivery and results.
