Our client, a leading consultancy firm based in London, is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to support their national operations. As the Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees across the organization. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and a strong understanding of payroll procedures and UK regulations. Key Responsibilities:

* Process end-to-end monthly payroll for a large workforce
* Manage payroll inquiries and resolve issues promptly
* Handle new starters, leavers, and statutory payments
* Monitor employee data and timesheets
* Generate and reconcile payroll reports
* Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure data integrity
* Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions
* Process payroll documentation (e.g., P45s, P60s)

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or in a similar role
* In-depth knowledge of payroll procedures and UK regulations
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Experience with payroll and time & attendance systems
