Job Title: Property Project Supervisor

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our goal of delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this exciting position, you will work across our UK and Overseas estate, utilizing your expertise in project management to oversee the development and refurbishment of our property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end process of property projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Maintain strong relationships with 3rd party suppliers and collaborate with various business areas to drive project success.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and manage property-related requests from the wider business.
  • Utilize AutoCAD to design and develop property projects, leveraging your expertise in construction procedures and project management principles.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in general construction and fit-out management, preferably from a construction site or project management background in the commercial property sector.
  • Ability to use AutoCAD, with training provided if required.
  • NVQ Level 5 in Construction Site Management or similar.
  • Sound knowledge of Building Regulations and quality and health and safety standards.
  • Familiarity with construction/project management software such as MS Project.
  • Full clean driving license required due to travel requirements.
