Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design custom solutions that meet business requirements and exceed customer expectations
  • Develop revenue-generating solutions that align with customer needs and timelines, leveraging expertise in telecommunications, video delivery, and broadcast services
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their technology needs and provide strategic guidance, driving business growth and success
  • Create detailed technical documentation for solutions and support sales teams throughout the process, ensuring seamless communication and execution
  • Work closely with vendors to ensure the best proposals are put forward, fostering strong partnerships and driving business results

Technical Knowledge and Experience

  • Experience in designing solutions in telecommunications, video delivery, and broadcast services, with a strong understanding of industry-standard codecs and video processing technologies
  • Familiarity with broadcast environments and IP technologies, with proficiency in software applications like Microsoft Visio and Office 365
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions and driving business success
