Position Overview:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our technological capabilities within a leading insurance organization. We are seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team, contributing to the evolution of our software solutions.

Location:
This role requires in-office collaboration three times a week.

Compensation:
Salary range is between £55,000 and £65,000.

With over three decades of experience, our company is a prominent player in the insurance sector, partnering with some of the industry's most esteemed brokers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in Greenfield projects focusing on both internal and external APIs.
  • Promote Agile methodologies and best practices within the development team.
  • Develop web applications utilizing .Net in a cloud-based Azure environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to assess system requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
  • Conduct testing and debugging to ensure applications perform optimally and reliably.

Technical Skills Required:
  • Proven experience with C# and .Net technologies.
  • Strong proficiency in working with APIs.

Core Competencies:
  • C#, .Net Core, Microservices, Azure, APIs, Agile methodologies, SQL.

Desirable Skills:
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React.
