Strategic Finance Partner Role

Location: Oxfordshire

Salary: Up to £48,300 per annum

Working Pattern: 35 hours per week, flexible hours available. Hybrid working policy in place.

In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Head of Operational Finance while working closely with the Divisional Director. Your primary responsibility will be to provide thorough business partnering that supports and challenges operational functions to drive enhanced business performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Finalizing comprehensive reporting packages.
  • Developing essential financial and statistical insights.
  • Utilizing analytical insights to bolster the financial performance of the Division.
  • Delivering robust financial management, oversight, and advisory services.
