Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pastry Sous Chef to become an integral part of our culinary team. This full-time position requires a dedicated individual with a strong background in pastry arts and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Pastry Sous Chef, you will:
  • Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and educational environment.
  • Ensure the highest standards of culinary excellence are maintained in all pastry preparations.
  • Contribute to the overall success of our dining offerings by creating innovative and delightful pastry dishes.

Working Hours:
This position involves a flexible schedule, working 5 days a week with 2 days off, including shifts from Monday to Sunday.

Compensation:
Annual salary of £28,000 plus service charge.
