Drive Data Excellence as a Lead Data Quality Analyst

Harnham - Data & Analytics Recruitment is seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead data quality initiatives and ensure the accuracy and reliability of our client's data assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Data Quality Solutions: Design and deploy systems to identify, measure, categorize, prioritize, and address data quality issues, leveraging expertise in SQL and data analysis.
  • Establish Data Quality Best Practices: Advocate for proactive strategies to prevent data quality problems, fostering a culture of data excellence throughout the organization.
  • Oversee Data Quality Tools and Processes: Manage the deployment and configuration of data quality tools, collaborating with Data Management teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Promote Data Quality Awareness: Raise awareness of data quality management among technical and non-technical stakeholders, driving a commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Build and Sustain Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with source system owners and subject matter experts to secure long-term solutions for data quality issues.
  • Design and Deploy Monitoring Systems: Implement systems to enhance issue detection and reporting within Nucleus, leading to improved data quality.
  • Collaborate on Data Quality Standards: Work with Data Design and Data Engineering teams to establish and uphold standards for managing data quality throughout the delivery lifecycle and in production.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in mentorship or leadership roles.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
  • Experience with implementing data quality tools.
  • Familiarity with data platforms.
  • Experience with data catalog tools is a plus.
