The Service department is dedicated to the upkeep and servicing of wind energy facilities across the UK and Ireland. Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include:
  • Gaining in-depth knowledge of our wind turbine systems to perform routine maintenance and other field service activities.
  • Adhering to the highest safety and environmental standards while meeting service objectives as part of a technician team operating in the region.
  • Conducting scheduled service evaluations in line with Vestas's guidelines.
  • Performing component replacements (both electrical and mechanical) and troubleshooting system issues.
  • Collaborating with fellow technicians and supervisors in the field, while maintaining regular communication with office personnel.
Qualifications
  • A solid background in mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic disciplines within a comparable industry.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and fault-finding capabilities.
  • Ability to work at heights and in challenging weather conditions.
  • A valid, clean driving license is required.
  • Previous certification as an AT/CT under WTSR is a plus.
