We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Advisor to join our team at learndirect. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in helping learners achieve their goals and aspirations by providing exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with potential students to understand their goals and objectives, and provide guidance on the best course of action to achieve them.
- Enroll new students onto their chosen course or career program, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide expert advice to customers.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
