Senior Product Proposition Manager

At Skillful, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Product Proposition Manager to spearhead the development of innovative mortgage propositions within our Bridging and Commercial lending markets. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for crafting customer-centric solutions that drive lending volume and margin targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end development of mortgage propositions, ensuring they meet customer needs and market demands.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to inform proposition development.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to maximize proposition impact.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless proposition delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial and/or bridging lending proposition/product development.
  • Ability to build propositions using a combination of market, competitor, customer, and staff insight.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
