Join Our Team as a Senior QA Engineer

We're a dynamic and innovative company, Vivobarefoot, seeking a skilled Senior QA Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our QA team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our ecommerce platform and ERP systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct manual and automated testing for features launches to guarantee seamless website and ecommerce platform performance.
  • Analyze and clarify requirements to develop acceptance criteria, ensuring project quality and timelines are met.
  • Design and implement tangible improvements to our customer journey, leveraging your expertise in web automation tools.
  • Create and execute functional test cases, uploading them to specified tools and updating their status.
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to enhance and improve programs, maintaining test documentation and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Prioritize and plan testing activities for the QA team, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software development, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in the QA field, with 2+ years of experience working with large-scale ecommerce websites and 1+ year of experience with Magento 2.
  • In-depth understanding of QA processes, quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools.
  • Excellent knowledge of bug life cycles, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices, and defect management.
  • Good experience in testing REST APIs, understanding of HTML/CSS/JS, and good understanding of test design techniques.
  • Experience in creating and supporting testing documentation, including test cases, bug reports, and test plans.
  • Knowledge of software testing theory and good understanding of complex SQL queries, understanding of GIT, and experience with performance testing tools (JMeter).
