Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

The position of Senior Sales Consultant will involve growing the property register, by winning instructions and assisting the Branch Manager in maximizing branch profit. You will have the ability to build an excellent rapport with clients delivering first-class experience every time. You will be part of a highly motivated and target-driven team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and maximize business opportunities
  • Advertise properties, deal with booking property viewings and register applicants
  • Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face
  • Achieve personal and branch sales targets
  • Introduce new business and build alliances within the local community through active networking
  • Be the stream of communication between client and vendor by sharing information
  • Build strong relationships internally and externally
  • Prepare accurate property details and ensure accurate data entry
  • Handle the sale of a property from viewing to close
  • Support branch management with ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience as a residential sales agent and a proven track record in securing new business
  • Listing and/or valuation experience
  • Excellent sales ability
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Good telephone manner and positive attitude
  • The ability to negotiate
  • Tenacity and being a self-starter with the drive to succeed
  • Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
  • Be responsive to change
