This position offers flexible working arrangements, allowing you to work from our office while also providing the option for remote work, ensuring a balanced approach to your work-life integration.

This is a full-time, fixed-term role for a duration of 12 months.

The ideal candidate will possess a combination of in-house recruitment and agency experience. While experience in engineering recruitment is advantageous, we encourage applications from individuals who share our enthusiasm for creating an exceptional recruitment journey.

Key Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Partner , you will collaborate with various business units to design and implement tailored recruitment strategies, overseeing the identification and selection of top-tier external talent. You will serve as a recruitment consultant to multiple stakeholders, managing the complete recruitment lifecycle within your designated areas, from initial role discussions to candidate assessment and offer negotiation.

Additionally, as part of the Resourcing & Inclusion team, you will have the chance to engage in initiatives focused on Diversity & Inclusion, Wellbeing, and Early Careers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Crafting and promoting compelling internal and external job postings based on role specifications.
  • Proactively sourcing candidates through various methods and tools, compiling a shortlist for hiring managers.
  • Conducting thorough telephone interviews with potential candidates and clearly communicating recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the application process.
  • Assisting hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our systems and databases.

Qualifications

  • A strong passion for talent acquisition, prioritizing candidate experience in all recruitment activities.
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and engage a proactive talent pipeline.
  • Prior experience in recruitment, adept at managing multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing.
