Compensation: Competitive salary range

Position Overview:

  • Oversee a diverse portfolio of clients while delivering corporate governance services
  • Coordinate and facilitate Annual General Meetings (AGMs), including agenda formulation and documentation
  • Lead significant projects and participate in business development initiatives
  • Provide training sessions and generate reports for clients
  • Remain informed on regulatory developments and assist in the preparation of templates

Qualifications:

  • Chartered Company Secretary or an equivalent credential
  • Proven experience in corporate governance roles
  • Capability to serve as Company Secretary for a range of clients
