Job Summary:

Head Resourcing is seeking an experienced Information Security Manager to lead the implementation, development, and execution of a wide range of security-related activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security and the ability to lead a team of information security analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement security policies and standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Monitor and assess security risks and threats, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Lead the development and execution of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging cyber security threats and develop strategies to manage them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of the business.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in information security and experience leading a team of information security analysts.
  • In-depth knowledge of security policies and frameworks such as Cyber Essentials, ISO 27001/22301, and NIST.
  • Understanding of a variety of security tools, particularly Microsoft Purview.
  • Ability to research and evaluate emerging cyber security threats and develop strategies to manage them.
