Job Title: AWS DevOps/ Infrastructure Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced AWS DevOps/ Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our infrastructure solutions, ensuring efficient and reliable delivery of software through CI/CD pipelines, and leveraging modern DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage cloud and on-premises infrastructure, including VMware, AWS, and Azure environments.
  • Collaborate with development teams to streamline and enhance the software delivery process.
  • Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of the infrastructure.
  • Automate operational processes and enhance deployment strategies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues.
  • Implement and maintain monitoring solutions to ensure system performance and availability.
  • Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform and Ansible
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in DevOps and infrastructure management.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering, or a related role

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline creation and management.
  • Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
  • Strong knowledge of monitoring tools and practices for cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Expertise in managing and monitoring VMware environments.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS and Azure.
  • Solid understanding of networking, security, and system administration.
  • Proficiency in scripting such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Qualifications:

  • Certifications in Azure, AWS, or VMware.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with additional configuration management tools.
  • Experience in performance tuning and optimization of infrastructure
