Cummins Inc. is seeking a skilled Warehouse Logistics Specialist to join our team in Daventry, UK. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for receiving, handling, and dispatching goods in a fast-paced factory environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Under supervision, follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, and dispatch goods.
  • Receive incoming goods, inspect for damage, and verify discrepancies between goods and invoices.
  • Accurately sort, label, and store goods to optimize warehouse space, and pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods according to written or verbal requests.
  • Comply with health and safety standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Follow established quality procedures and remain flexible to perform other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Warehouse operations experience, utilizing warehousing tools, systems, and methodologies to meet defined metrics.
  • Ability to receive, pick, pack, and ship a variety of Cummins products.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to operate within multiple business unit teams.
  • Full training will be provided.

Qualifications

  • Requires some work experience or intermediate-level knowledge obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
