Job Summary:

M Group Services Limited T/A Magdalene Limited is seeking a highly skilled Service Management Specialist to join our Service Team. As a Service Management Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring timely issue resolution and meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and manage customer requests and tickets, escalating issues as necessary
  • Provide regular updates to customers on the progress of faults and issues
  • Prioritize and manage resources to meet SLAs and deadlines
  • Coordinate and direct field engineers and spares deliveries to ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Task and track the work of the Technical Support Services team
  • Ensure all Planned Preventative Maintenance is completed and up-to-date
  • Provide ad-hoc reports to senior colleagues and customers as required
  • Ensure field engineers complete outstanding fault reports and maintain internal records
  • Arrange and coordinate access for suppliers providing services

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Positive attitude and ability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Computer literacy, including Excel and Outlook, and enthusiasm for learning new products and systems
