About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fraud Generation Coordinator to join our team at Entrust Corp. in a Fraud Lab setting. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our identity-centric security solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fraud Generation
    • Work with high volumes of document fraud samples to identify and mitigate potential threats.
    • Investigate project escalations and issues, and develop effective solutions to address them.
  • Administration
    • Assist in researching and procuring fraud lab supplies, including document fraud purchases and deliveries.
    • Manage PO boxes for document fraud deliveries and oversee payment and subscription processes.
  • Logistic Support
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand escalations and address issues related to created datasets for retraining.
    • Work closely with consultants to provide design and technical support.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Ability to work with AI pipelines to create fake datasets.
