Job Description

Chubb is a leading global insurance company seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Document AI Ingestion program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the planning and implementation of data, process, and automation initiatives across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of data engineers to achieve business outcomes and collaborate with business product owners to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Engage with business executives and transformation leaders to bring business objectives to fruition.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership team members and executive partners across global business units and functions to drive operating leverage and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve experiences and outcomes for our intermediaries.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in large transformation programs, delivering to tight timescales, within budget, while maintaining quality and leading teams globally.
  • Successful planning and delivery of large and complex ingestion programs, delivering significant business transformation benefits.
  • Experience working with executives, business unit CIOs, architects, and technology leaders on automation initiatives and their impact on technology environments globally.
  • Ability to work in a matrixed environment and drive clarity among various stakeholders.
  • Support and drive business alignment of ingestion business, operation, and technology strategies.
  • Provide thought leadership on ingestion and future opportunities in emerging technologies, tools, and suppliers.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Success Factors
  • Education and experience in business, data, engineering, mathematics, or information management.
  • Insurance domain or financial services knowledge.
  • Strong Agile and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven ability as a structured, logical thinker.
  • Ability to navigate and work with key business, system integrator, technology supplier relationships.
