Your role will involve discerning client requirements, architecting effective solutions, and delivering continuous support to ensure the operational success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in Sales initiatives – participate in meetings and discussions to advocate for Returns products and solutions to both new and existing clients.
  2. Collaborate with customers in conjunction with our Business Development and Product teams.
  3. Engage with clients to comprehend their business objectives and explore how Blue Yonder can facilitate their achievement.
  4. Articulate and promote Returns products, demonstrating their alignment with customer needs.
  5. Partner with the Returns Product Teams to optimize the utilization of our product offerings.
  6. Serve as the liaison between the client, product team, and delivery teams to ensure solutions align with client expectations.
  7. Lead the architectural design of technical integrations within our product frameworks.
  8. Contribute to the development of the partner ecosystem – identify partners with complementary capabilities to enhance our market strategy.
  9. Support partner relations – participate in events to showcase Returns capabilities and connect with partners offering complementary solutions.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in Consulting, Delivery, or Implementation roles.
  2. Demonstrated commercial experience.
  3. Experience collaborating with product and development teams using various methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Scaled Agile Framework).
  4. Expertise in designing and documenting requirements.
  5. A history of successful project delivery across a range of client sizes.
  6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Solid understanding of API Architecture.
