About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Print Manager to join our dynamic team at Swan Creative. As a Print Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of print projects, from liaising with clients to coordinating production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the print process from start to finish, ensuring high-quality results and meeting client expectations.
  • Produce print quotes using company software and manage the upkeep of our online client database.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Coordinate production, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of print projects.
  • Monitor and control print costs, ensuring budgetary targets are met.
Requirements
  • Professional telephone manner and exceptional relationship-building skills.
  • Microsoft 365 suite proficiency and clean UK driving license for site visits.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience in print management, preferably in a creative agency setting.
