Job Title: Lead C&I Project Engineer

EC&I Partners Limited is seeking an experienced Lead C&I Project Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our outage team, you will be responsible for leading and delivering projects and outages, identifying and managing stakeholders across the functional organization and with the supply chain, ensuring process and regulatory compliance with the highest standard of HSSE and Quality performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver projects and outages, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Manage stakeholders, including functional teams and supply chain partners, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with HSSE and Quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Higher National Diploma or Degree in a Control & Instrumentation related discipline.
  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on C&I projects.
  • Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation and standards.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
