Fabrication HSE Advisor

At SGS, we are seeking a highly skilled Fabrication HSE Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our Package Management and Client Fabrication Team, you will play a crucial role in transferring and implementing our HSE Strategy and objectives on the supplier's site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Package Management and Client Fabrication Team to ensure supplier compliance with our HSE Requirements according to contract.
  • Plan and conduct supplier and process assessments based on a risk approach, according to relevant activity programs.
  • Provide HSE support to our Client's Package and Fabrication Team, implementing and following up on Supplier HSE Improvements and Assurance/Activity Plans.
  • Contribute to HSE supplier performance reporting and communicate operational HSE initiatives and interfaces across the organization.
  • Participate in supplier audits, inspections, readiness checks, and other relevant activities.
  • Initiate Communication Notes in case of breach of contract or regulations.
  • Participate in incident investigations and supplier meetings, including regular QHSE meetings, HIRA, FAI, TOC, and ROC drills.
Qualifications:
  • Completed IOSH course or NEBOSH General or NEBOSH Construction to certificate level or similar.
  • Preferably completed NEBOSH General or NEBOSH Construction to Diploma level.
