Programmatic Strategy Lead

As a key member of our specialist team, you will be responsible for delivering successful programmatic campaigns through your team of programmatic traders and account executives. Your expertise will be crucial in developing a holistic view of clients' ad-tech stacks, fine-tuning them to create a tailored platform that meets their needs and devises a long-term roadmap for their marketing objectives.
You will take ownership of managing your own set of campaigns, working closely with seniors to deliver insights and analytics on campaign performance. This will enable you to assist in achieving long-term campaign objectives. Your mentoring role will be essential in evolving the careers of your team members, ensuring they can deliver on a range of campaign metrics.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Experience in managing and mentoring a team of programmatic traders.
- Able to deliver against a multitude of campaign deliverables.
- Strong working knowledge of at least one main DSP (e.g., DBM, The Trade Desk, AppNexus, etc.).
