Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Contracts Engineer to work with a leading Piling Contractor in Surrey, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring project deliverables are met, monitoring project performance, and working closely with the project team to achieve effective and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure project deliverables are fully understood and met.
  • Monitor project performance daily, ensuring all actions, risks, and non-conformities are closed out in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for recording all changes to project deliverables with the customer and ensuring involvement with the commercial department.
  • Prepare and review the financial performance on a monthly basis and revise the project forecast weekly, as necessary.
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure effective and efficient project delivery.

Requirements:

  • A degree in a construction-related subject.
  • Experience in ground engineering operations and design.
  • A valid CSCS card.
  • Focused and thorough, with the ability to advise senior management and ensure necessary actions are taken.
