Your Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Solicitor to enhance our medical negligence team. The successful candidate will work alongside an experienced Partner who has a long-standing focus on medical negligence cases, advocating for clients who have experienced significant injuries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse caseload while supporting senior colleagues on intricate high-value cases.
  • Utilize analytical and commercial acumen to identify critical issues and propose effective solutions for clients.
  • Strive to secure interim payments to facilitate timely rehabilitation and care arrangements.
  • Contribute to improving the quality of life for clients through dedicated case management.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a Solicitor with a strong passion for medical negligence and a proven track record in handling high-value cases. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong client communication skills and the ability to provide sound legal advice.
  • Demonstrable technical expertise in medical negligence.
  • Experience in supporting senior colleagues on complex cases.
  • Exceptional attention to detail while managing a personal caseload.
  • The capability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve optimal client outcomes.
