About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced (Senior) Legal Counsel to join our team at J Matthews Legal. As a key member of our legal team, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and support to our clients across a range of commercial, marketing, sponsorship, e-commerce, branding, and licensing matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality legal advice and support to clients on a wide range of commercial and business matters.
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored legal solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of our legal team and provide guidance and support to junior lawyers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified UK Solicitor or other Common Law jurisdiction Lawyer with significant relevant experience. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
